Final Payment Due Date: 23-months after the date you made your first payment.

Payment Processor: If you do not have a monthly payment processor preference we will setup PayPal (our preferred payment processor) for the monthly billing.

Terms:

  • When your first payment is made we will change the name servers for the domain to those you specify so you can start using the domain (and its included website - if desired) right away. While payments are being made we will retain title to the domain. Once your final on-time payment has been made (and providing all scheduled payments have been made), we will transfer ownership of the domain to you with no further payments due.

  • Payments are due on the monthly dates above and may be made by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard or Money Order made out to Webtrading Company. We will allow a 10-day grace period for late payments, however after a payment is more than 10 days past due, this lease will be invalidated and all monies previously paid will be considered non-refundable rent payments for temporary used of the domain, with no ownership interest conveyed and domain DNS will be changed back to our own after the grace period has expired. That will result in any website or email addresses you associated with the domain no longer functioning.

  • Should you decide you no longer want to own or lease this domain, you are free to end this agreement at any time by notifying us of your intention to do so. No further payments will be due and, as in the case noted in the proceeding paragraph previously made payments will be considered rental payments made for temporary use of the domain.

  • Pre-payment option, with discount. You may prepay the balance due on your lease at any time if you would like to take immediate ownership of the domain and also get prorated credit of the premium. The balance due will be calculated in this manner: Multiply the amount of your monthly payment shown above by the number of payments remaining on you lease. We will then give you a 10% reduction from that amount as a pre-payment bonus. When the final amount due to end the lease is paid we will immediately transfer the domain to you.

Here is a random example of a pre-payment calculation (math is not based on your domain). Let’s say you were halfway through a 12-month lease which called for $1,000 monthly payment. In this example, you had made 6 timely payments and had 6 payments remaining. You would multiply your scheduled monthly payment ($1,000) by the number of months remaining (6) = $6,000.00. Then take a 10% discount for paying off the lease early ($600.00), resulting in an early payoff figure of $5,400.00 - using this example.
